Fettucini with Sundried Tomatoes
Ingredients 1 tsp Derlea Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Derlea Chopped Onion
3 boneless chicken breasts,
cut into 3" strips
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 cup Derlea Julienne Sundried Tomatoes in Oil
1 lb fettucini
Olive oil from Sundried Tomatoes
Cooking DirectionsSaute Derlea Chopped Onions and Derlea Garlic in skillet until wilted. Add chicken strips and brown. Add basil and Derlea Julienne Sundried Tomatoes to skillet and sauté another 2 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package; drain. Toss hot fettucini and sauce together in serving bowl and add extra oil from Derlea Sundried Tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
