Pasta with Lemon and Garlic
Ingredients 3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp Derlea Minced Garlic
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 c. cooked pasta (linguine, angel hair, fettuccine)
Cooking DirectionsMelt butter in a small pan. Add Derlea Garlic and sauté. Add lemon, pepper and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Add sauce to hot pasta and toss gently. Top with remaining cheese and serve immediately.
Great summer side dish. Serve with grilled steak, barbecue ribs or chicken. Quick and easy!
