Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients1/2 cup Derlea Cinnamon Raisin Spread
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 cups Cooking Oats
Cooking Directions1. Preheat oven to 350° F
2. Mix together Derlea Cinnamon Raisin Spread, sugar and egg.
3. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; mix both mixtures together well, then add oats and let sit in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
4. Grease cookie sheet. Roll mixture into 24 equal sized balls and place on cookie sheet. Lightly push down on top of each ball with a fork.
5. Bake 9-10 minutes in oven.
6. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. |
