Pasta with Roasted Peppers and Sundried Tomatoes


Ingredients

1 lb angel hair pasta
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup Derlea Julienne Sundried
Tomatoes in Oil
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp Derlea Minced Garlic
2 sweet red peppers, roasted, peeled
and julienne
2 green peppers, roasted, peeled
and julienne
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

While pasta is boiling, melt butter in a saucepan, add olive oil, then remaining ingredients except Parmesan. Add to drained pasta and toss to mix. Top with Parmesan.
